95/98/ME Desktop Themes page. All of my themes are my original design.
All of my Themes
are packaged in an execute file for easy installation and then zipped.
After you download the zipped file, unzip it and then click on the
execute file to install the theme. Just follow the directions to
install to the default directory. This will also install a "ReadMe"
file on your desktop for added help! The themes have MP3 compressed
wav sounds. If you can't hear them, download and install this MP3
Codec.
To automatically
install my winamp skins, choose “open from current location”.

Go to my *new* Hotbar Skin
Center.
